Fitness influencers face backlash from mocking gym goers, they’re banned from going back there

Going to the gym can be very stressful, especially when you’re just starting out. You feel like you’re messing up every workout, you don’t know how to set up the machines correctly, everyone’s looking at you… It’s horrible, I know.

The truth is, people who go to the gym rarely care what you do. Apart from the rare bad apples Noah Bermudez collects and reveals to followers like these two girls who mock the man’s perfectly competent exercises by pointing at him, copying what he does and laughing. You know, just textbook bullying stuff.

Noah often makes content that destroys gym influencers as entitled, creepy, or just bullies

“I made a video yesterday of these two girls pointing and making fun of a guy at his gym who was just trying to work out”

“They set up their whole stand pointing at him, laughing and copying his exercise because it looked stupid. I really didn’t like it, I found that vibe, so I made a video of it and it did so well that they deleted the original video.

“I was done, I wasn’t going to make another video. That was until they sent me a DM

“They just wanted to tell me it wasn’t bullying. In fact, they said they were playfully pointing with their fingers that they were copying her exercise and they weren’t bullying her, they were just finding it amusing. When I was being teased, people said a lot of things and I always asked ‘why?’ And they said ‘It’s not bullying, you know, it’s just fun.’ Oh, it’s for your amusement, laugh at me. It makes everything 10 times better.”

“Anyway, they just asked me to take the video down and I responded with what any smart man would”

“‘I can’t breathe when you’re not here. The city of Yapsville needs the mayor back. Even tried to get their friends to ask me to take the video down. Buddy, it’s not happening. ‘Help, I’ve got a bomb strapped to my chest. It’s going to explode any minute now. What do I do?’ “

“I recently made a video of these two girls bullying and taunting a guy at their gym who was just trying to work out.”

“They sent me a DM telling me to take the video down, I responded with what any smart, handsome man would, which was, ‘I can’t breathe when you’re not around. The city of Yapsville needs a mayor back. I have good news and I have bad news about the whole situation. The good news is this guy DM’d me, he’s friends with his Manager and they got kicked out of the gym. The bad news is that after hearing this I pooped my pants from sheer excitement and I have no one to change my diaper. Anyone want to do that? Mason? Do you want to change my diaper?”

The women have since deleted the original video, but have not publicly apologized

This may sound a little silly, but the video is not for the faint of heart. I’m watching people just having a riot while pointing, miming and just laughing at the dude who does *review notes* hip stretching? It’s a time capsule from the flashback to the school years when most of the bullying happens, so people who have experienced it firsthand know what I mean.

None of the exercises are “weird”, nothing he does is “weird” in the slightest, he’s just focused on his training. It really makes you think, “Hey guys, is working out at the gym weird?”

But you probably already know all this. We’re really here because of what happened when the video went viral with Noah.

According to Noah’s social people, he is a videographer and editor, and his pages feature a lot of his long and short content. YouTube. Among his shorter videos, you’ll find a bunch of today’s videos where he points out a variety of entitled, creepy, and generally uncaring stupid people.

Today’s video is no different. It appeared on TikTok with original removal of the bullies got over 5.3 million views and Noah presenting the excuses they sent him and asking him to delete the former video got a total of 7.3 million. Even though these videos were big on TikTok, the rolls continue Noah’s Instagram page have gotten him 15-18 million views at a time. It just goes to show that people want satisfying content made against gym bullies.

After shamelessly pointing out the innocent guy and making fun of him as if he practiced in full clown makeup and had to blow up online after people saw Noah’s video, the couple deleted the original video, which would have been enough for Noah. He would have stopped there and not made any more updates and they probably would have just faded away.

All they had to do was follow him and ask him to remove the video. Instead of doing that, Noah did another video, who show their message to the world. In the message, they justify themselves as “playfully pointing” with their fingers and downplay the fact that there was any bullying in the video at all.

Many comments on the video pointed out that the girls downplaying what they did is pretty much textbook gaslighting as they try to create a certain false narrative that what everyone watching the original video saw was not what they saw.

Instead of giving a reasonable answer (not that one was necessary), Noah sent a nonsensical voicemail and indirectly called out Debbs yapper – someone who talks a lot (japs) little or not at all.

Finally, Noah shared third videowhich has an amazing conclusion to this story: the video was so viral that it reached a man who worked at the gym and thus knows the manager, resulting in the couple being banned from the gym!

Good luck getting rid of it and good luck finding another gym that can be horrible! Just in case you want to keep up with if the ladies ever post an update video, you can just find Bern and Debbs On TikTok.

Now, if you’re unfortunately dealing with a gym bully but you don’t have Noah’s level, there are a couple of things you can do, at least Megafied Fitness.

You can try to deal with your bully yourself by either ignoring them or standing up to them by making sure you don’t let the horrible remarks fly. Alternatively, you can get the gym’s trainers or management involved and ask them to do something about your bully’s behavior.

If the lead won’t lick, maybe it’s best to find a less toxic place to train or do like Noah and make sure everyone knows about their behavior. Most importantly, don’t doubt yourself. You are in the gym for a reason – to improve yourself – and no one has the right to talk you down regardless of your experience or progress.

Noah’s saga has collected 16.8 million views in three videos, and the second most popular video has received more than 1.1 million likes. What did you think of the videos? Have you personally dealt with gym bullying or creeping? Let us know below.

The community was horrified by the behavior of the girls, especially that Noah gave them what they deserved
